Tape Measure Galley Almanac is a reference publication and does not operate a public contact desk.

Guides, Not Services

The guides explain kitchen renovation work; they do not provide it. Anyone wanting the work carried out needs a contractor, which this site is not.

Finding a Contractor

The usual checks are still the ones that matter. Local licensing records, trade association listings, and quotes from more than one established firm with references that can be checked.

Accuracy Over Time

Content is revised when it goes out of date. Standards change, materials are discontinued, and prices move, and a guide that has not kept up is actively misleading rather than merely stale.
